Tahina Production Line Flow Chart
1. Sesame Washing Machine: To remove the dust and small particles from sesame. Sesame seeds sifted by eliminating various foreign substances in sesame seeds.
2. Drying Sesame Machine: The washed sesame seeds are dried.
3. Sesame Roasting Machine: roast sesame until sesame plumped and then crush sesame by two fingers. If sesame become powder, it means sesame roasted well.
4. Cooling of sesame: The roasted sesame seeds are rested to the boil.
5. Sesame Peeling Machine: For black sesame seeds, if you wanna a white tahini, then need to remove the skin.
6. Tahina Grinding Machine: The cleaned sesame is transported to the tahini mill to get around 120 mesh tahina.
7. Tahini storage: Produced tahina is stored for filling.
8.Tahina Bottle Filling Machine: After grinding, need to fill the tahina into bottle.
